This dramatic Art Deco styled reproduction lamp is often associated with the famous London department store BIBA, which opened in the late 1960's. T were two larger than life size copies at the front entrance! A gorgeous Art Deco revival piece! The clean, powerful lines of the female nude make this lamp a classic. It has been cold cast of a heavy designer resin, then hand bronzed to look like real cast metal. A large piece, this light measures a generous 16" tall by 9" wide by 5" deep, with a frosted glass globe shade measuring 5" in diameter. The opening of the shade looks to be a standard diameter which will fit most glass shades. It can take a 40w, type B bulb, or a 7w nitelite bulb, and is wired for American voltage. An inexpensive adapter found at a hardware store will easily convert it to European voltage safely! The black cord has an on/off switch. What a gorgeous, classic style! These lamps are especially dramatic in pairs, and if you are in need of a pair, I do offer a discount when 2 are purchased as a set! She's new, in the box. Thank you so very much for looking! ***** Due to a substantial increase in shipping charges to me from my suppliers, I have been forced to raise my prices on some items. I have had no choice, I am just trying to break even on my incoming freight charges. Thank you so much for understanding the situation- the fuel prices are affecting us all!*****
