You are bidding on one used Vintage Art Deco Topless Semi Nude Dancer Lamp. The "Dancer Figure" appears to be made of a Chrome plated cast metal with a Black Painted cast Aluminum metal base. This lamp works great and includes Two different type globes (not Original ones). The "Lady" is in very nice condition, chrome is very nice. The painted base in in pretty good condition also and appears to be made of Cast Aluminum. It has an off/on switch on base. After removing the metal base "cover" you can see that the Old switch is made by "Beaver" and the patent number (1618784) on the switch would date back to 1927 for whatever that is worth....It also has the "old cloth cover wires" on the switch although a newer piece of lamp cord has been attached to them...The globes are both very nice, no cracks, ect. I added a picture of the Globe "fixture" at the top so you can see how the Globes are held in place...The size of the lamp is: 13 5/8" Long by 4 3/4" wide by 13" high with "clear" globe and 14" tall with white globe. The "clear" globe is 6" Diameter and the white globe is 5 1/2" diameter.....I couldn't find any markings that might show the manufacturer or date of manufacture...What makes this lamp interesting is the fact that it has a painted "cast aluminum" base and the "Dancer" is what appears to be chrome plated, some similar ones I've seen on the "Web" were, I believe, Bronze with marble bases.... This beautiful, interesting lamp would make a very nice "night light" on your T.V., Add it to your collection of Rare and unique lamps or use it in your home or office.
