To my eye an absolutely beautiful and rare little gem. Late 1920's ART DECO CHINOISERIE style Carlton Ware trinket box. This is the period when Carlton Ware was at its zenith. I think my pictures will communicate all I need to say about this fabulous little box. It has the slightly pearled interior sought after by collectors. How fitting that the ground should be in Chinese Imperial yellow. For size see one of my pictures. I'm loath to see it go but feel it needs to go into a collection.
