ART DECO MARBLED APPLE & WHITE BANDALASTA UREA FORMALDEHYDE BOXIn lovely shiny condition a square, marbled bandalasta box. Probably 1930's/'40's as the marbled ones tend to be the earliest. Like all marbled bandalasta, the exact patterning is a one-off. Bandalasta was made by the Brookes & Adams company of Birmingham and shows a very early use of the then new injection moulding technique. Size 6" x 6" x 3 1/2" excluding handle.
