This is a vintage thermos bottle designed by Henry Dreyfuss in 1936. He was a well known designer that designed some really famous products such as the first flat top refrigerator for GE, the first upright Hoover Vacuum, and the "Lucy" telephone. He designed many other top name products before committing suicide with his wife who was terminally ill with cancer. This is The Thermos Vacuum Bottle , No. 539. It is a burnt orange color. It has what looks like small white paint splatters on one side (I didn't try to remove them), and light surface scratches. It measures approx. 5 1/2" tall and 4 1/4" across the bottom. T is no lid. The matching tray measures approx. 9 1/4" long and just over 6 1/2" wide. The tray has some chipping around one edge and light scratches as shown in the photos. Good Luck!
