This pyramid shaped Art Deco pendant watch is amazing and has the most beautiful multicolor enamel in an amazing Art Deco design. The enamel colors in the design are sky blue, emerald green, jade green, yellow, amber, and a maroon red, if you are familiar with pendant watches from this era you know most of them only feature ONE color of enamel, and they do not have intricate designs. The pendant watch is in perfect aesthetic andworking condition, and has no enamel loss except for on the bail, which DOES NOT detract from it's overall beauty and splendor. The face of the watch itself is on the bottom of the pendant and is white with gold numbers and the word "NOON" underneath the "12" the word "SWISS" is also across the bottom of the face. The glass over the face has no scratches and is in pristine condition. The pendant itself hangs on a beautiful Art Deco period lorgnette chain that is marked of 1/10 white gold. The chain itself is NOT original to the piece, but is from the Art Deco period and goes perfectly with the pendant. It took me MONTHS to find a chain to go with this piece so perfectly, that was also from the same time period as the pendant! I LOVE this pendant watch and would keep if myself, but it was a gift from my former fiance and I cannot stand to wear it due to the fact it only reminds me of our failed relationship. My loss is your gain. This is DEFINITELY an heirloom treasure and looks gorgeous with any outfit, whether casual or dressy. The pictures just do not do it justice!
The pendant measures over 1" tall, while the face measures 1" long and just over 1/2" wide. The lorgnette chain is 26" long with another drop of 4.5" that the watch hangs from. Please NOTE t is a reserve on this auction of 250$, which is quite a bargain considering it was 200$ for the pendant alone and another 100$ for the period accurate lorgnette chain. Also I am offering the Option of BUY IT NOW for 289$ and if you do infact BUY IT NOW, I will pay for the shipping and insurance charges myself (within the continental US). SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!
