OOPS! Had to re-start the listing as I mis-spelled incense in the title of the listing! What an idiot! This is an incredible incense burner. I have searched all over ebay and the web and cannot find one like it. I purchased this from an estate from a family that had been in the same farmhouse in SE Michigan since the early 1800's. The patriarch was one of Michigan's first State Senators. Wonderful items in this home. This incense burner is 7 1/2" tall with the lid, 6" without. It appears to be bronze plated spelter. A magnet is not attracted to the body or bowl, but is slightly attracted to the red base. Highlighted with enamel designs. There is minor wear. No chips or cracks. Excellent condition. Please make sure to look at the photos. Absolutely wonderful incense burner. PS - I have another one of these but the knob is broken off with some damage to the knob area on the lid cover. I had purchased the pair from the estate. If interested, email me, and we can do a BIN and combine shipping. Other than the lid knob missing, it is in the same condition as this burner. I will not be near a computer from Sun. Oct 16 until Mon Oct. 25th. I will not be able to respond the questions until Mon. Oct 25th.Please make sure to enlarge the photos, as they are an important part of the description of the item. I try very hard to note any and all defects, but being human, I may miss something. We ship the day after cleared payment is received. White spots are reflected light unless noted as defects. EST, if not a bit before. Any auctions ending after that time will be invoiced the next day, and any questions asked after that time will be answered the next day, too. I sure would like to get your item to you for nothing, or next to nothing, and I would if I could!!! The cheaper the shipping cost, the more I get for my item ! But I can only send it to you for the same cost I am charged. To make this worse, some days eBay’s shipping calculator figures everyone lives on Mars, and quotes far too much. (Or too little.)
