Stunning and rare Art Deco nude man etched Orrefors type crystal glass vase. Signed by artist, and absolutely exquisite! The etched deco man is in a standing position with one kneee bent up, and he is holding a harp on his shoulder. He has a wonderful deco style with hair swept back and head tilted up for that classic look of the Art Deco Era. The overall measurement is 7-1/4" tall, 4-1/2" long, and 3" wide. It is quite heavy, and the thickness of the glass is 1/2" wide. This beautiful vase has an unique oval shape that tapers down, and the rim is double beveled. This is truly a quality vase, and looks absolutely stunning. It is signed on the buttom by the artist, but we can't quite make out the name - it looks like "Vaunes Konstylas" and it is marked "C.W.99" (see picture). The estimated value was $350.00 according to the estate. Our reserve is only $95.00. The condition is excellent except for normal wear and the ding (s) on the bottom (see picture) which can be ground out with no problem. T are no major chips, breaks, cracks, or repairs. This fabulous deco vase came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage. It has a great deco look - very elegant and unique. A rare and wonderful find. Pictures don't do it justice. It is truly a quality deco piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone's collection. Buyer pays shipping
