ART DECO Teapot CRINOLINE LADY Vintage YE DAINTEE LADYEE Shabby Chic QUEEN MARY Victorian and Vintage This is an absolutely gorgeous vintage Art Deco teapot that was crafted around 1937 by James Sadler. The teapot is crafted in the shape of a crinoline lady with the pot forming the main part of her skirt. The teapot is coloured in pastel pink with slightly darker pink highlights and finiahed with a beautiful glaze. The top half of the lady forms the finial; the lady has a red rose with green foliage decorating the front of her neckline; her face is delicately hand painted; she is wearing a pale blue hat with lilac plumage. The teapot is crafted in the design that was purchased by Queen Mary. This is a fabulous teapot that would make a great addition to anyone's collection; it would look especially good in a vintage, country cottage or shabby chic setting!!! A gorgeous vintage Art Deco Sadler Crinoline Lady teapot!!! Condition - The teapot is in great condition - there are no cracks or chips. The colours are still clear and vibrant. There is some light crazing though this is not easily visible unless very closely inspected. Dimensions - The teapot measures 7" (18 cm) from spout to handle and 7" (18 cm) in height.
