This Beautiful Chest has an Awesome Waterfall Top and Gorgeous Burl Walnut alternating with Wonderful Diamond Inlaid Accents on the Front and Plenty of Storage Room Inside! We see a Lot of Art Deco Chests and this is without a Doubt the Absolute Cleanest Chest we have ever seen! What a Wonderful way to add True Art Deco Style to Your Room!!This Stunning "Fits Anyw" Chest measures 44 inches in Width, stands 21 and 1/2 inches in Height by 18 and 1/2 inches from Front-to-Back. The Chest dates to about the Early 1940s and is Truly a Quality Piece along the lines of Lane. The Chest is in Excellent Condition with just a few scratches on the top and a little wear on the upper sides! It looks like it Hardly Ever Used!! This Truly is a Simply Gorgeous Antique Chest!!!Inside, the Chest opens to a Cavernous Cedar Lined area with Cedar on all 4 Sides Storage - Perfect for Blankets, Quilts, Sweaters or other Clothes! This area measures a Generous 41 and 1/2 inches in Width, 16 and 1/2 inches from Front-to-Back by 11 inches in Depth from the Lower Rim down. The Trunk also has its original Purple - Lavender Felt Lined Swing-Up Tray that measures 38 and 1/2" in Width, 9 and 1/4" across by 2 and 1/2" in Depth. The Trunk retains its Original Maker's Label inside which reads "CAVALIER CEDAR CHEST WITH THE KEEPSAFE DIAL TO GUARD CHERISHED POSSESSIONS...CAVALIER CORPORATION CHATTANOOGA TENNESSEE" T is also an Original Copper Cavalier Metal Tag and a Sweet Plaque that reads "TO BETTY FROM BUNK DEC. 25, 1941".
