are three VERY RARE salt shakers that are attributed to the well-known glass maker Harry Northwood when he worked for a short time with Buckeye Glass Co. in Ohio before he started his own glass company. The art glass style is called 'Speckled' and the glass pattern is called chrysanthemum~base which was attributed solely to Northwood circa mid to late 1890s.
Shakers are in three different colors; cranberry, clear, and vaseline (pale yellow that does glow greenish under a black light). No chips, cracks, or bruises on any shaker. Only the clear shaker has a lid (the lid has a crack and a hole on the side). They each stand 2 3/8 " tall and almost 2" at the widest point. These are shorter than the normal sized chrysanthemum style shakers I have seen. These RARE shakers, by the famous Harry Northwood , would make a wonderful addition to your art glass/shaker collection. Insurance optional, though recommended. Don't let these highly desirable shakers end up in some other person's collection!
