This is probably the most famous of the Steuben creatures.It is monumental in size,fine SOLID crystal,heavy clear and beautifully hand crafted ,fully signed Steuben in script,on the tail,A most fine and desirable piece.It cost-about 25 years ago.from Steuben,over a thousand THEN! ....T is only one flaw-and the reason I am only expecting it to not go over three hundred-the side small fin is missing.This happened in a move-we have owned it a long time-and saved the fin until the move to Florida...somehow it disappeared in a box somew,and we still have about a hundred boxes in storage=so.I am selling him!The buyer could spend about a hundred and have the fin made by a glass craftsman easily.It is only about an inch in size.The Dolphin is a foot long,and in a graceful curving stance...An afterthought-t is a team called the Dolphins-what a gift for an avid Dolphin fan!!!!THE BEST!!!!(I only just added that-of course t was no Dolphin team when this exquisite piece was crafted-but I had to suggest it........)
