Hello folks. Up for your auction interest is a stunning and pure vintage brass flapper girl stylized door knocker. As seen, it is about 10 1/2" high X about 3 1/2" wide. It looks to have had a screw replaced 40 - 50 years ago on the underside with a round head screw, easy to put a flat head back in and not a issue, but noted as such for you. It has the normal ware with some minor pitting and patina to the solid brass piece. No breaks chips bends or repairs. This is a pure and true highly sought after coveted piece to be sure ! As seen this stunning nude has a clenched fist as to be knocking at the door to be let in. She is arched up on her tip toes while knocking. Her long knocker with 2 bows coming down her back and covers her behind until you lift it to knock. The large bow strikes her behind. She has that GREAT flapper hair with her face and breasts facing towards the door. Folks, this is a true work of art in every aspect. It will be offered to you as is were is with no returns, a stunner and very pleasing to the eyes !
