Art nouveau era vintage desk lamp circa 1915 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a really beautiful vintage heavy metal desk lamp with an adjustable neck. The shade is gorgeous, old and original and has multicolor varigated slag glass pieces which are lead soldered together. T are also red glass "jewels" in the shade. No chips or cracks. Some age wear is present. The shade is 6 inches long and the open end is 4 1/2 inches. The lamp stands 12 inches high when positioned as shown in the pictures. The foot is 7 inches long by 5 inches wide. T are remnants of an old label on the arm which may be General electric. The socket is pull chain. The wire is an old rewire because the plug is very old. Everything works. I'm not sure what the metal is, a magnet doesn't stick and it's pretty heavy. Thank you for looking! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Check out my other items !
