Art nouveau solid silver match striker/vesta case. This case is hallmarked on both parts with a birmingham hallmark dated 1909 it also has a makers mark which is a bit rubbed. The case is in good condition and opens and shuts well their are a few feint surface scratches due to its age. This case has a lovely art nouveau pattern engraved on it and measures approx 4.25cms by 3cms. The attached ring has a lion passant on it the other ring i believe i nickel silver. Very collectable quality case.
