First Edition published by Constable & Co. in 1917. The book has been rebound with gilt title on spine. Frontispiece is missing. The remaining 11 tipped in colour plates by Rackham are present. Most of them have a small area of creasing in bottom left corner. There are some very old areas of taping in the book mostly to cover small tears. Book is a little musty. Many black & white Illustrations by Rackham in addition to the colour plates. 251 pages. 5.00 p & p First Class to UK (16.50 GBP Air Mail to United States & similar; 10.50 GBP by Surface Mail if preferred).
