Allow 24 hours before each of those times for good packaging in order for your item to be shipped at those times. We do not email you when we ship unless t is a delay. Otherwise your item will be mailed promptly with paypal online shipping which includes delivery confirmation. *Feedback : We leave it for you after you leave it for us, within 3 days. Any problems, contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback and we will work toward a resolution. Ebay rules state communication should take place over any issues between buyer and seller PRIOR to leaving feedback. We do not believe in neutral or negative feedback, and the only time we have received it or given it is if a buyer leaves it without first contacting us! We return all feedback in kind, we work VERY hard to please our customers. ***Insurance is additional (not free) and will be added to your invoice at the auction's end. If you do not insure you assume all responsibility for lost or damaged items. We will not refund for lost or damaged items, that is what the insurance is for. Your refund will come from the post office if t is a problem. Insurance Rates depend on the final sales price. Insurance is optional (but HIGHLY recommended for your own protection) for items/orders up to $200 and REQUIRED for items/orders over $200. It is $1.65 for up to $50 coverage, $2.05 for $50.01-$100 coverage, $2.45 for $100.01-$200 coverage, $4.60 for $200.01-$300; and then add $0.90 for each additional $100 of the item price. TEXAS SALES TAX is 8.25%. If you are a dealer you will be charged sales tax unless you fully complete and sign the state-mandated resale certificate form and return it to us.
