New flag, 100% cotton. Confederate Artillery Battle Flag. Size is 38"x 38" square. Flag is an excellent quality heavy duty cotton, has detailed stitching all around, and gold grommets for attaching to flag pole. This flag comes with a white box for storage if you choose not to fly it on your flag pole. This is an actual flag that was flown over the proposed site of the Northwest wall of Battery Wagner, Morris Island, Charleston, SC. , guarding the Harbor of Charleston along with Ft. Sumter and Ft. Moultrie. The flag comes with a parchment certificate of authenticity and is numbered #99 of 150, limited edition. The certificate has 2 pictures, one from the Library of Congress depicting the flag over Battery Wagner and the other picture is the actual flag flying over the proposed site. Shipping is fast and FREE by priority mail and will be sent from Charleston, SC - where the Civil War began.
