Beautiful and rare, blue and green enamel Charles Horner, Scarab design brooch. Silver, hallmarked Chester 1908. Enamel in excellent condition and the colours are vivid. Original condition, including the fastening pin which is slightly bent with usage. 4 grams in weight and maximum size is 45mm x 20mm. Original purchase receipt held from Art Nouveau dealer in Cotswolds. This is a really lovely piece of Arts & Crafts jewellery that celebrates the early 20th Century fascination with Ancient Egypt.
