An outstanding set! From about 1890-1900 this Arts & Crafts set is the finest handwoven linen embroidered with fantastic creatures including griffins (or darling if you prefer gryphons) birds, all sorts of crazy things. T are six napkins that each measure 10" square not counting their hand-tied fringe, and a large runner that measures 23" X 42". One fringe on one side of this runner has some wear-but that is it t are no holes or stains, no damage of any kind. I am pretty sure that this is handmade but it might also be machine embroidered, but I doubt it. Look at the photos and judge for yourself-either way this is a wonderful set. Kind of perplexing pattern I do wonder what the Gothic symbols mean. This would look ravishing no matter w you decide to put it! Totally charming with the matching napkins! I only take paypal for I have had too many deadbeat buyers in the past. I will consider a postal money order if you email me politely and explain why you are afraid of paypal. Of all the things to be afraid of in today's world darling, terrorists, $8 cups of coffee and fat free cheese, paypal is really not one of them but I imagine t are a few people that still are. I'm sure we can work something out. I am always listing something so check back soon. If you buy more than one thing I will refund any difference in shipping. I love the flat rate boxes and often use them, but if it's likely to be cheaper to not use one (they go by weight) I don't. Please feel free to ask any questions.
