ASCO Moselle large scalloped edge serving spoon. Any blue you are seeing in spoon is a reflection from the turquoise blouse I was wearing that day. That is not on the spoon. Spoon is 8 3/4"L and the bowl is 2 1/2" wide. T is no missing silverplate, some slight wear but overall a nice piece of Moselle. I will also be listing a meat fork in Moselle as well. All packages are shipped via USPS. I will ship UPS for large heavy boxes or w shipping would be cheaper than the post office. Insurance is required on breakable items, such as glass and pottery. All other items insurance is an option that can be purchased but I am not responsible for loss, damage, or non receipt. If you elect not to insure a package, please don't ask for a refund from the seller. Refunds with insurance come from the post office. I will assist in getting the claim form and providing the insurance receipt. I do not check email everyday, so please ask questions before the last day of the sale. I represent an item as I see it and not as an expert. I leave it to the collector to verify the facts I have provided, or ask further questions.
