A 1 1/2" (38 mm) Ashley Iles woodcarving Allongee pattern gouge with a sweep (curve) of 9.This is a very nice large gouge which does not appear to have seen any use.The beech handle has some very minor marks from storage. The original label is present and in good order.The blade has a few marks from storage but does not show signs of use. The ferrule is as new.Markings on the blade are 'ASHLEY ILES Ltd. Made in England' with '9' marked on the reverse. Blade Width: 1 1/2 inches (38 mm) Blade Length: 6 1/8 inches. Overall Length: 12 1/4 inches.I have a number of woodcarving and other tools to sell over the next few weeks. All different types so please seemy other listings.I always combine postage for multiple purchases when possible.
