BRAND: ASHTON PEBBLE GRAIN BENT BALL. LX SIZE STAMP.

MEASUREMENTS: 6-1/4 inches long. Bowl is 2-inches tall and 1-1/4 inches across the top of the smooth rim.

WEIGHT: 60.4 grams.

NOMENCLATURE: On the smooth portion of the shank's bottom is stamped, LX (in a circle) Ashton (over) Pebble Grain. Made in England and the date stamp are partially consealed by the nickel repair band. This pipe had a small shank crack that was professionally repaired.

Condition: This pipe is in solid, pre-smoked condition with some rim darkening and minor scratching and tooth marks on the stem. It has been externally cleaned and polished as well as professionally sterilized.

COMMENTS: This is a very nice William Ashton Taylor hand crafted English beauty that should bring many years of smoking enjoyment to the winning bidder. It should also bring a bargain price due to the repair band.
