Assembled dollhouse with TONS of upgrades and electrical work. See photos of upgrades. Needs just a few finishing touches. This is The Queen Anne by Real Good Toys, the kit alone is over $1000. There are $1000's invested in this but will let it go for $700. I will try to ship at your expense but it may require some legwork to find someone that can crate and ship this as it is large and heavy. I am located in South Florida so pick up would be best. Approximate measurements are 60x45x25
