Model # 773 This is a brand new complete kit opened for photos The scale of this ship is 1:50 Length is 44.00 inches, Height of 38.00 inches Mantua 's ASTROLABE plank-on-bulkhead kit features laser cut plywood keel and frames. This is a single plank on frame construction; there are building plans with excellent general details, Features plank-on-bulkhead construction, masts, deck furnishings and display cradle. Lots of fittings packages which contain over 600 pieces. The fittings that are made of brass include mast feet, railings, decorative trim, rudder hinges, bells, eyebolts and rings. Eleven machine turned brass cannon sit on walnut carriages. Other wooden parts include lime wood hull planking, mahogany veneer deck, walnut masts, capstans and trim. Eleven carriage mounted, turned brass cannon grace the decks. Five sheets large sheets of detailed plans and illustrated instructions make construction trouble-free.
