Custom weathered by a previous owner. I do not know the brand of decoder. The engine runs well and all functions work OK. A knowledgeable buyer is going to want to make some programming adjustments. The sound is good but a bit loud for me. The engine "shuts down" with the speed set at 00, starts up at 01 and starts creeping. The engine is programmed to the cab number. The sun shade is missing on the conductor side. Not a bad unit at all but could use some fine tuning.
