This black bear is made by Atlantic Bears from Ross-shire Scotland. He is a limited edition, as he is #68. This is a very rare bear! He has a tag in his ear signed with the #68. He is a cutie, as he stands about 20 inches tall. He is fully jointed, as his legs, arms, and head move. He has a growler. He is in new condition. From a non-smoking household, stored in a climate controlled vault. These Atlantic Bears are really well made, as they are much better made than Steiff in my opinion. According to information on the Atlantic Bear Co. website, www./ , they have been making bears, reminiscent of the original Edwardian teddy bears with long arms, large feet, humped back and center seam head since 1989. They are fully jointed and covered with the best quality of German mohair with wood-wool stuffing, woolen felt pads, stitched features, black glass eyes and a growl.
