Atlas Master Locomotive Series HO Scale BNSF GP38 #2158. Locomotive was purchased from a seller on Ebay about 8 years ago and was only test run to my knowledge. There are (2) broken lift rings on the top of the hood near the dymanic brake section (see photos). Also, the box cover is from the wrong engine, an MKT GP40. The lift rings can easily be replaced with a pin vise, a small drill bit, and new Details Associates rings. I can't confirm whether this engine has a DCC dual decoder or not, since I've never run it and it has the wrong box top, but an internet search for Atlas' BNSF #2158 (with a UPC code of 732573089648) indicates that it is Decoder equipped with the Atlas Master DCC System. I've never run the engine, just kept it stored in box in a cool, dry closet since I've owned it. Box has slight amount of shelf wear on the bottom. Atlas item #8964.
