Atlas -Kato NYC New York Central RS3 Diesel C-7/ob RTR HO Scale ..made in Japan by Kato Atlas # 8012 Very fine all black with white sill stripe: NYC RS-3 Diesel road # 5162. The handrails were painted safety yellow and it is chipping off. Early Japeneses Atlas, noted for fine running ability, and this one does, shows very limited use with no wheel wear and tested well. Good looking, dependable and a runner equals ..... super fine !! Ready to Run ! In original BOX. Check photos carefully and ask any questions you may have .. what you see is what you get.. no surprises.. .. International by weight..
