Atlas Train Tracks, Switchers, Re-railer, Uncouplers ITEM DESCRIPTION Please reread item description during run and just prior to end of auction. More than 90% of the time I list something, I will "tweak" it by adding or subtracting descriptors, especially when I receive e-mail with pertinent information. In most cases I will give minimal description and let you see the pictures of what you get.This is a nice lot of train tracks and track miscellany. � Most of it is Atlas, but I did see a couple Lionel, Revell � and AHM track. � All boxes photographed are complete, except boxes in photo three have two bumpers instead of one, meaning you will get 9 bumpers total. � In photo four I added two manual controls to the two automatic ones. � Photo six shows banded tracks of 10 each with the box holding 12. � I believe that means 72 regular tracks plus all the "working" tracks. � Everything is functional. � This is all packed in a large Flat rate USPS priority box. � You pay $10 of the shipping and I will get the rest.Starting prices do not reflect the actual value of the item(s) offered. Merely the minimum I will accept. Item is considered sold as soon as it receives a bid, and is not subject to being pulled.� Items with no bid may be removed from e-Bay and sold locally. Items misidentified are subject to having bids being canceled, and listing being pulled, corrected and immediately (if possible or practical) re-listed. I always combine shipping. � I reserve the option to switch from USPS Priority to Parcel Post when my shipping costs well exceed what you pay for shipping. � Shipping/insurance for items will usually be fixed price within US Borders. I accept PayPal and all payments accepted by e-bay, as well as checks from e-bay members with 50 or more positive feed-backs with no negatives for non-payment. I might make exceptions to my payment acceptance rules if I get an e-mail requesting it. THE FINE PRINT With rare exception, I do not clean, repair, or test items I sell. I did in the past, and ruined more items than I care to mention. Also, most people like to do their own work on the antiques and collectibles they buy. Most importantly, I prefer to sell items in the exact condition I found them, so bidders can see whether the item was abused and neglected or maintained and cared for. Although item(s) may look good, it is still used, and unless otherwise stated in this description, I make no warrranties as to functionality. Items sold will be described to the best of my ability, but are sold "As Is." I occasionally forget to mention item is dirty in item description. Unless I write otherwise, count on it needing at least a cleaning. RETURN POLICY My return policy is simple. If I send you anything other than what you have bought, I will refund your money, including shipping costs. Keep in mind, that means if you don't like what you receive or get " buyer's remorse " these are not conditions for returning your money. If item condition is not as expected, or changes by the time you receive it, I will work with you to correct the problem.
