Atomic Starbursts Vintage 50s Irish Linen Dress M VLV Welcome to The Vintage Vortex! We are pulling our favorite dresses out of inventory in anticipation of Viva Las Vegas and Spring!! We are delighted to present this gorgeous 1950's spring dress by Mogashel Irish linen! This dress is gorgeous! 100% midcentury style with the fabulous navy atomic starbust print on a off white linen background! She features navy piping and tear drop pockets on an hourglass shape with front pleat a-line skirt! Very figure flattering!! Closes on the side with a metal zipper! The linen of this dress resists creasing and even when I pulled her out of storage, she hardly needed any steaming. The linen is of heavier weight so the dress is ideal for spring! The fabric is soft and luxurious and ultra beautiful! This is an exquisite vintage dress, the high bidder will not be disappointed!!! MEASUREMENTS: Bust~40 inches Waist~28 inches Hip~46 inches Length~42 inches CONDITION: Excellent! Near Mint!! *Due to the increased USPS shipping rates we are forced to increase our shipping rates to stay in business. This is our first increase, despite past USPS increases and we have no choice but to raise our shipping costs this time to cover the cost to ship. We no longer have one flat rate, but two. Any item that we can fit into the small Priority Packaging will cost $5.95 and dresses too large to fit into a the smaller package will cost $7.75. Please note that these dresses that do not fit into in to the smaller packaging usually cost around $8.60 to mail, so what we are charging is less than actual cost in most cases. We have chosen to pay the extra out of our own pocket to take some of the burden off of you. We for the most part sell items that are in good to excellent condition, but vintage clothing will rarely look brand new or 100% perfect and most will have some wear and or tiny imperfections as these pieces have had a previous lives. All measurements are taken to the best of our abiliy and are close approximates as we are not professional seamstresses.
