You are bidding on a beautiful porcelain Viennese Augarten covered candy dish. The candy dish is produced by the famous Augarten Porcelain factory in Vienna , Austria , and the cover is decorated with a single rose, two buds and leaves and the dish portion also has two rose buds and leaves. T is a thin green line along the top rim of the bottom dish portion as well as a thin green line along the cover. This pattern, called "Viennese Rose", is one of the most beloved and popular of all the porcelain they produce. Please take a look at the scans and judge the beauty of this dish for yourself. The dish is approximately 2 ½ inches) tall when the lid is on and is approximately 3 ½ inches across the top when the lid is off. The pattern number is 5089 which can be seen on the bottom of the vase along with the Augarten Wien ( Vienna ) mark. The vase is in perfect condition ready to hold candy, nic nacs, jewelry, or whatever use you desire. It is a very simple and elegant design. Vase was purchased in Vienna in 1981. Total weight is approximately 7 ounces. Safe shipping weight will be approximately two pound with proper wrapping. Handling, safe packaging and shipping in the U.S. will be $6.50 using PRIORITY MAIL.
