This is auction is for one 1915 Austrian 4 Ducats with mirror finish.
The last regular issue of ducats was in 1914. All the 4 ducats dated 1915 are restrikes, of which there were 496,501 struck between 1920 and 1936. Four ducat coins dated 1915 are still being produced by the Austrian Mint as official restrikes.

13.9g in weight, about 1/2 ounce of gold (.49oz)

Obverse
Emperor Franz Joseph I is facing to the right, struckwith “FRANC IOS I D G AUSTRIAE IMPERATOR”

Reverse
The Austria arms are superimposed on a crowned double-headed Imperial eagle, struck with “HUNGAR BOHEM GAL LOD ILL Rex A A 1915

High Carat Gold
Ducats were produced in high purity 23 3/ 4 carats gold, making them among the highest purity gold coins ever issued for circulation.

This coin is sold in the air-tite container.

Payment is due within 3 days of the end of action.

At the time of listing gold was trading over $1,670 per ounce .
