Authentic Limoges Gun Case with two highly detailed pistols. The clasp is an antiqued gold leaf. It is marked "Peint a la Main" (painted by hand) on the bottom and signed by the artist's initials. The color is a mottled brown on russet, with a blue and yellow shield and a beautiful emerald green inside. The size is approximately 2.25" x 1.5" inches. My mom purchased the box at Ti Bihan, Saint-Malo, France in 1996 for 474f (approximately $100 US at the time). It is truly beautiful and in mint condition, kept in a non-smoking home.
