--------------- Welcome to K45 -------------- On the auction block: Large Authentic Antique LOUIS VUITTON Steamer Trunk - DAMIER. Brass nailheads engraved Louis Vuitton. The rare checkerboard pattern indicates this is an early trunk made prior to trunks with the LV design. H: 27" Top: 22.5" x 35.5". Weight: 60 lbs+. Stamped inside of top: 154705. Monogram on both sides of trunk: V. Van V. Wear around perimeter of base. Thin blue paint splatter on top right side. Please see photos for condition. No key. I have not cleaned - selling as is as found. Purchaser pays actual UPS or Fed Ex Ground shipping to be determined at auction close.
