As you can see this sturdy work horse doorstop has not been a display queen, although she could be. Shows some wear signs that she was used for her intended use, hold the doors open. This is Hubley design No. 346 Percheron, has the sweetest facial expression and appeals to every horse lover. This chestnut full figure standing horse was introduced into the Hubley Art Line in the 1920- 1930s. Original paint that is well-preserved with a wonderful patina, vivid and bright colors. And of course the signature blue bow that ties up the work horse's tail. A few areas of paint has worn off due to use. T is no re-paint, ALL ORIGINAL, no damage, rust, cracks or repairs. Perfectly proportioned and a beautiful casting. Seams line up and are very tight, no gaps. Original flat slot screws holding halves together and not exposed. Please refer to photos. 8" x 8 1/4" A wonderful addition for any horse or doorstop lovers collection.
