All Acts separately paginated, Mersey Docks & Harbour Board General Manager's Library label to front free endpaper verso, folding broadside regarding Dock bound in at rear.Quarter style blue cloth marbled paper sides, printed paper label to front board.Minor wear/rubbing to board extremes; text lightly age-browned with some minor occasional foxing.
