This is an authentic piece of Faberge Tableware, made by Bollin, the foremost Faberge Silversmith working on a number of Services for the Imperial Court. This piece is Hallmarked for Faberge/Bollin as the master silversmith, and 84 for .875 Silver, measuring 12 inches long, by 3 inches wide at the widest point. The shovel is made of brass, and depicts a very elegant and well designed Art nouveau pattern, very small cut at end of shovel. The stem, features an elaborate swan and plant pattern, in style a Russian Empire revival with Art Nouveau influences. An absolute opportunity to acquire an authentic piece of Faberge silver, stunnig to the eye and a must in order to explain and ascertain the beauty of some of Russian silver.
