This is the hard-to-find leather like and leather looking passport case. It is hard to find because it is part of the 5 piece desk set which often includes a business card case, office calendar, jotter and portfolio. I am not able to find these too often and only offer them when I have found a collection that has more than one. The black colour would indicate that it is from the current administration
