This auction is for a Napoleon Capodimonte Porcelain roses. The rose sculpture is original and in the original box from Italy as well as the blue suede display pad. These roses are famous as they are all made my hand with the goal of being as lifelike as possible. They are created each petal at a time. They are in very high demand. T are some different numbers on the outside of the original box; if you are a collector and would like to know the numbers please email me. T is a sticker and mark of authentication on the bottom of the sculpture. This sculpture features one large rose and two blossoms each on a realistic thorned stem. They are supported on some branches. The color is extraordinary. It is the color of a sunset with some yellow too. T are two small areas w the white of the porcelain can be seen (check photo). I'm sure an artist or someone with a good sense of color could touch them up if you desired to do so. This measures roughly 7" at the highest point by 10" at the longest point and about 6" deep. The sculpture is heavy in it's box however to ship it properly is a larger box it will weigh about 3 pounds. Should you like a shipping quote for Parcel Post to save cost please let me know.
