Crescent City Water Meter Cover New Orleans, LA This is a very unique item. This is an original, authentic water meter cover from New Orleans, LA. This cover has 3 wrought iron legs attached to it (welded). This "stand" measures 22" tall, the diameter of the cover is 12". If desired these legs could be removed as they are bolted on with a bit of spot welding. T is minimal rust noted on the cover. I consider it to be in great shape! I think this makes a great plant stand or even for use in a hallway or telephone stand! Quite the conversation piece from a bit of Crescent City history.
