This is another set of these from the same household. These are very well crafted and vintage Amish or Pa Dutch children's toys. I found them together so I will sell them together. Each measures 5 inches long. Heavy twisted wire with wooden handles. The Amish make most of the toys for their children and most are based on full sized useful items. These are a pair of very nicely twisted and made rug beaters from w full scale versions are common to beat the dust from quilts and rugs. Original patina that I left alone. I purchased these from a farm in Lancaster County, Pa - Home of the Dutch. Between 50 and 100 years old. Well made and not souvenirs. Nice ornate wire patterns. The Amish shy away from anything very fancy so these are modeled after functional household items.
