You are bidding on an authentic Railway Express Agency Baggage Cart. Used by the railroads at all stations large and small from the turn of the century until the advent of Amtrak.

This one is in great condition. All wood and metal is original, wheels are original including rubber on steel tread wheels.It is well balanced and moves smoothely even when heavily loaded.

All chain wheel locks are in place and function.This cart has been preserved by just two owners since its release from service by the Nickel Plate Road.It has no NKP markings.It is a full fledged railway Express Agency piece that came from central Ohio to TN.

It has been in a local Hobby Shop the last three years as a display for train sets.It is not in the weather now,but it is outside on the front of the store.We will load on a trailer and deliver to you for a minimum fee of $500,but t is no charge for buyer to pick up .
