Description: 's ANOTHER rarity - a porcelain, Washington, D.C. license plate. Early 1900's but exact year is unknown to me. It is in EXCELLENT condition, front and back, with the only rust at the holes w you mount it to the car w/nut and bolt. If you have a clue as to the year this was issued (and how you determined that), I'd love to hear from you! I have three rare license plates listed this week. Please check them out.
