This is a rare authentic genuine World War II relic, a 1945 Japanese Army Officer's Sword with scabbard, fully marked with the emporer's emblem and rising sun national flag, the family name and date and other notations on the hilt and scabbard. This 60 year plus old war relic is in excellent condition with a few minor dings on the scabbard and patina on the cold steel blade. The sword measures 36" long and has a weight of three pounds.
