This is a rare boxed '4 plate' set from Emma Bridgewater in completely perfect un-used condition...never been out of the box. In the CHARM BRACELET pattern in PORCELAIN made exclusively in Portugal. Design includes real gold detailing. The plates measure approx. 8 inches across. I have had this set (and my other boxed and perfect set of matching espresso cups and saucers) authenticated from Bridgewater themselves (please see email transcript below) as I know it's unusual and one for the very keen collectors. Hi Jackie Good news! I have managed to find the Charm Bracelet range in one of our back catalogues. It appeared in our Home Shopping Autumn 2006 catalogue and the page was entitled ‘And not for something COMPLETELY different!’ The range included a tea cup and saucer, a teapot, an espresso cup and saucer and plates and was made from Porcelain exclusively in Portugal. The items ranged in price from £25 - £30. All items were originally gift boxed and the design included real gold detail. The items can be used in the dishwasher but the pattern may fade and they cannot be used in the microwave. The description of the range is as follows:- ‘This white porcelain range is decorated with a charm bracelet design in Matthew’s idiosyncratic style.
