This 1910 advertising card shows a Policeman asking the owners of this fashionable car, why they didn't use Dietz Lanterns to avoid lamp failure. Please note that the car on the right with bright lights it is implied, used Dietz Lanterns. The quote is in french and the ad is actually a french poster designed by an artist named THOR. Postally used, this card has touched tips and a minor lower edge misprint. The R.E. Dietz Co. was located at 60 Laight St. in New York City. This card has been sold in excess of $100.
