After the 1965 Watts riots, Big Willie and his wife Tomika organized the "Brotherhood of Street Racers" and it was actually designed to help get the kids off the streets, away from drugs, and crime. Working with local officials and the police, Brotherhood Raceway Park was opened on LA's harbors Terminal Island. People had a place to go, and the rest is history. Many stories have been told of this man, his wife, and their following. The Yellow Car is considered the "Duke and Dutchess" Car."
