Bold ink pen signature of Brooklyn Dodgers star and Hall of Famer Leo Durocher #1 on a 1978 Grand Slam card. DIED IN 1991. Card and autograph are in excellent to mint condition with sharp corners and no creases, stains or ANY other damage. Card measures 2 1/4" X 3 1/4" (Same size as a 1951 Bowman). The black or yellow border is not part of the card. It is t so that you can see the sharp corners and edges. WHEN THE 1978 GRAND SLAM SET WAS PRODUCED, ALL 200 EX-PLAYERS IN THE SET WERE ALIVE. TODAY, 155 ARE DECEASED. IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A COMPLETE AUTOGRAPHED SET. T were only 2,000 sets ever printed, and the person then had to try and get them autographed. Comes with my personal CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. I will buy back any item that is not an original authentic autograph. I have been in the Sports Memorabilia business since 1972 and I acquired 99% of the autographs myself, between 1978 and the mid 80's. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
