Autograph album belonging to Mrs. Robb Gilmore of Great Britain. The autograph book contains forty pages of autographs from various actors and actresses of the period ( most are dated 1908 and 1909), traveling around the United Kingdom. Some of the autographs mention the venue,i.e. Walsall, Empire Nottingham, Leeds, Empire Theatre of Varieties in Sheffield etc. T are 22 autographed real photo postcards (all original) from some of the actors and actresses and a total of forty individual autographs from actors and actresses of the time.. This autograph book is being offered by the grand daughter of the original owner. The owners maiden name was Lizzie English. She and her husband Robb Gilmore, both in the theatre, had a son Robbie who followed in their footsteps. T is a real photo postcard (see pics) of him dreessed as a clown at about the age of four. While all three performed, Robb was a part of the Rhyl Merry Men and also performed on Drury Lane with Ida Lupino and Howard Duff. One of the real photo postcards is Margaret Leahy who performed with Buster Keaton.Overall condition of the autograph album is very good, the real photo postcards are all in excellent condition .
